Karin Suter-Erath (1970)

back to overview

Karin is an epitome of a para-sportswoman. Before her accident that left her paralysed she was playing handball at a professional level. During her rehab, she discovered her talent in wheelchair tennis and soon entered the World’s top ten. 2004, during the Paralympic Summer Games at Athens, she won a Bronze Medal in the doubles tournament. Today she is part of the Swiss Para-Badminton team and works hard to reach the Paralympic Summer Games 2020 at Tokyo.
