Francesca Porcellato, Italy (1970)

Francesca is a ten times paralympian who succeeded in both summer and winter games. “The Flying Ginger”, as she is called due to her red curly hair, has won a total of 13 olympic Medals in the three disciplines athletics, cross country skiing and handbike. During her first Paralympic Games at Seoul in 1988, Francesca won her first two gold Medals in T54 100m and 4x100m sprint. During the Paralympic Games at Vancouver she won her third Gold in cross country sit skiing over 1 km. For her achievments she was awarded officer with the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2004. Wheelchair: THE KSL
